It means adapting the terminology and approach used to the characteristics and needs of the learners, taking into account the issues and cultures involved.
Quale Africa Perspective provides skills-based training to its clients. In doing so, we create learning communities: in particular, by applying the principles of ‘collective intelligence’ and making use of digital platforms, social learning networks and learning management systems (LMSs).
